Delores McNair is a former division administrator and senior business manager having worked within large health systems and small hospitals. In her previous roles, she has managed operations, clinical research units, finances, budget, fellowships, clinical productivity and served on multiple committees. Her background encompasses more than 20 years in healthcare serving and leading committees for operations, planning, quality, and executive committees within large hospitals and health system. She practices as a professional consultant, mentor and coach and also continues her contribution at the front line as a clinical scientist.  Delores is an active member and contributor to MGMA, and serves on the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Group on Business Affairs (GBA) Professional Development Committee. Her contributions in the areas of leadership, revenue management, strategic planning, recruitment, and the management of personnel have made her a sought out speaker and coach.

Volunteering and mentoring are strong passions Delores has been actively engaged in for more than 12 years. She volunteers extensively in her community advocating for health services and support for the cognitively impaired and geriatric populations. Delores is committed to helping others and devotes numerous hours each year to mentoring others and as a motivational speaker. Delores is the founder of a 501c3 focused on her passions. Before moving into the administrative side of healthcare, she worked for several years in Hematology-Oncology and is also certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology with a specialty in hematology.
